Upholstery fabrics behave very differently. Cotton and synthetics handle hot water extraction well. Linen can shrink, velvet can crush and some viscose blends water mark the moment they get wet.

So we read the fabric code first and choose the method to match, from full extraction to a dry or low moisture clean. That is how the chair comes back cleaner, not smaller or blotchy.

Can you clean my dining chairs in place?

Yes. Chairs are cleaned in your home, set on a drop sheet, and are usually dry within a couple of hours.

Will cleaning shrink or mark the fabric?

We check the fabric code before cleaning. Fabrics that do not tolerate water, such as some velvets and viscose blends, are cleaned with a dry or low moisture method so they do not shrink or water mark.

Do you apply fabric protector?

Yes, from $15 a seat. It is applied after cleaning while the fabric is fresh, and helps spills bead so you can blot them before they soak in.
